This year, our firm began systematically reviewing technology, liquidity, payments, and other B2B service providers on behalf of our clients.
Our aim is not simply to compare and determine “who is best,” but to build a curated portfolio of providers, each with its own strengths, weaknesses, and unique value propositions.

We do this from two vantage points:
Client Insight – We know each client’s profile in detail: their budget, markets, licensing footprint, project stage, and language requirements. This allows us to recommend the most suitable provider for their specific situation.
Market Feedback – We assess providers not only based on the information they share with us, but also through the real-world feedback we receive from other clients who already use their services.
This approach ensures that any introduction we make is relevant and genuinely advantageous to our clients.

Our firm may receive an economic benefit from a successful introduction, typically a referral fee or non-monetary consideration from the provider. However, as a consulting firm, our priority is always the client’s interest. We therefore require all providers to ensure that any such incentive is paid entirely from their own revenue and never passed on to the client through mark-ups or increased fees. In fact, providers must offer terms to our referred clients that are the same as, or better than, the terms available to clients who approach them directly.

For example, when introducing a liquidity provider, our knowledge of the client’s profile (licenses, markets, key products) allows the LP to calibrate risk more accurately. This typically results in more competitive spreads or lower fees for the client.

Finally, we would like to emphasise that you should always conduct your own due diligence on any provider to ensure that their offering is suitable for your business and that your counterparty risk is properly managed.
